The sheriff's office plans to file a report with the state attorney's office.

"We believe there may be a second-degree misdemeanor violation, which is possession of certain drugs without a prescription, because the bottle does not have his name on it," [Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department Spokesman Paul] Miller said.

And in case you're wondering, a second class misdemeanor violation is almost certainly a violation of his probation. Even being charged might constitute a violation whether he is convicted or not.

Moreover, his doctor and the pharmacy could be in trouble for violation of federal prescription drug laws which state how prescription medication is supposed to be labeled.
